A B O U T    T H E    H O U S E

We have eight gorgeous rooms, six double rooms and two master suites with king size bed, dressing room and large bathroom. Six rooms overlook the Indian Ocean and they all have full en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with TV's (M-Net), hairdryers, a selection of toiletries, hospitality trays and all linen and towels are provided. You will also find a guide to the surrounding area, helping you to enjoy the South Coast to its best. We also have the added benefit of a sparkling pool, braai (barbecue) area and fully licensed bar with a pool table and dartboard to make your stay an even more enjoyable one. Smoking is permitted in these areas but not in the rooms. On the first floor you will find a huge lounge where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view right up the coast.

A delicious breakfast is included in the rate which consists of cereal, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juice, filter coffee as well as the full English with toast and preserves. Children are welcome, our family room has a king size bed and bunk beds and the pool is fenced off for safety purposes. We have 24 hour staff providing a friendly and safe environment for yourself, your family and your belongings.

From the R61, turn into Port Edward as sign posted along the way. Continue for approximately 2km to the town itself. You will see the post office and our sign post on your right. Turn right here into Harrow Avenue and Windsor Guest House is on your right hand side at No.180.

Single Occupancy: R300 per person per night
Double Occupancy: R450 per night (2 people sharing)

Ground Floor Sea Facing Room :
Single Occupancy: R350 per person per night
Double Occupancy: R500 per night (2 people sharing)

First Floor Sea Facing Room :
Single Occupancy: R375 per person per night
Double Occupancy: R550 per night (2 people sharing)

Add R50 per person per night during high season
(10th December to 13th January).        

Rates are:

	Inclusive of breakfast.
	Quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
	A deposit of 50% of the projected cost of stay will be required on confirmation of booking. The balance and any additional costs will be charged on departure. A refund of 100% of the deposit will be given 30 days or longer before the commencement of the booking. A refund of 50% of the deposit will be given for a cancellation 8-29 days before the commencement of the booking. No refund will be given for any cancellation 7 days, or less, before the commencement of the booking.
